Use Your Active and Creative Kids Voucher at The Nest!

Save on your child's climbing adventure with the NSW Government's voucher program.

The Nest Climbing Gym is proud to be a registered provider for the Active and Creative Kids voucher program. This is a fantastic initiative by the NSW Government that helps families save on registration and membership fees for sports, creative, and recreational activities.

You can use your voucher towards any of our eligible programs, passes, or memberships, making it easier and more affordable than ever for your child to discover the joy of climbing!

How to Use Your Voucher at The Nest

Using your voucher is a simple. You can redeem it either in person at the gym or via email ahead of time.

Step 1: Get Your Voucher Details Ready

  • First, apply for your voucher on the Service NSW website.

  • Have the following details handy:

    • Your child's full name

    • Your child's date of birth

    • The 16-digit voucher number

Step 2: Choose Your Climbing Adventure

  • Decide which eligible product you'd like to purchase:

    • Memberships (Ongoing or Upfront)

    • 10 Visit Passes (The Ultimate Share Pass)

    • Term-Based Programs (School Groups or Youth Programs)

    • School Holiday Programs & Passes

Step 3: Redeem Your Voucher

  • Option A: Redeem in Person (Easiest!)

    • Simply visit us at the front desk. Our staff will ask for your voucher details and apply the discount to your purchase on the spot.

  • Option B: Redeem via Email

    • If you'd like to get set up in advance, email the voucher details (from Step 1) and your chosen purchase to us at nowra@climbthenest.com.au. We'll process it and send you an invoice for any remaining balance.

IMPORTANT: Ineligible Activities

While all our programs are eligible, please note that government rules state the voucher cannot be used for:

  • Gear Hire when purchased separately.

  • Retail purchases (e.g., chalk, shoes, clothing).
